What's before operating the rubber molding machine?

NO.1 Check the indoor working environment and the exterior of the equipment for dripping water or oil leaks, and check for chewed marks on the wires and signs of rodents or insects inside. If any of these are found, please suspend use of the equipment and contact the manufacturer's technicians for maintenance.

NO.2 Before starting the machine, gently tap it to encourage any small animals inside to escape quickly, preventing damage after startup.

NO.3 Before use, confirm that the voltage and phase sequence are normal. Plug in the power cord, turn on the main power switch, and press the power buttons in sequence.

NO.4 Check if the hydraulic oil in the tank is discolored or emulsified, and if it needs replacement. Check the level gauge to determine if hydraulic oil needs to be added. Check if the water level in the water tank is normal.

NO.5 Turn on the heating system and check if it is working properly. After turning on the heating, observe the heating status on the computer panel, whether the temperature is increasing, and whether the heating contactor is functioning correctly. After powering on, check if all emergency stop buttons and alarms on the machine are working properly. Manually test each action to ensure it is normal. Test the feeder's operation.

NO.6 Clean the rust-preventive oil and remove debris from the machine. Check the oil pump joints and all oil pipe joints for leaks, and tighten them with a wrench.

NO.7 After confirming that the above checks are complete and everything is normal, first ensure that each action can operate normally in the mold-loaded state.

 It is recommended to set each axis action to slow speed for a no-load cycle test. For machines with oil temperature requirements, the actual oil temperature must reach the normal value

 before starting the no-load cycle test. Simultaneously, 

ensure that the heating plate temperature reaches the set temperature. After the temperature reaches the set value, the no-load cycle test can be performed. After the no-load cycle is normal,

 import the mold process parameters (which match the mold) and prepare for production.

In addition, the remote diagnostic system can automatically detect the equipment status after startup.
